New year eve between past and present

Historical sources that the ancient Egyptians were the first to celebrate the beginning of the new year, and established several aspects of the ancient Egyptians to celebrate the beginning of the new calendar year, according to the Pharaohs, since more than 7500 years.

Dr. Abd al-Rahim Rihan, general manager of research and study of archaeological and scientific publishing-to-face nautical Sinai and the Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities, in an interview with the Chinese news agency that "the oldest known to mankind calendar is the ancient Egyptian calendar, which was the ancient Egyptians celebrating pleased with the start."

وتتحدث مصادر تاريخية عن أن المصريين القدماء كانوا أول من احتفل ببداية العام الجديد، وأقام المصريون القدماء مظاهر عدة للاحتفال ببداية العام الجديد حسب التقويم الفرعوني، منذ أكثر من 7500 سنة.
